At NK Aluminij, I helped the team achieve a historic milestone: remaining in the first division for two consecutive seasons—something the club had never accomplished before. Traditionally, Aluminij had been relegated immediately after promotion. But through tactical discipline, player development, and a winning mentality, we broke that pattern and redefined what was possible for the club.
NK Radomlje: Turning the Tide
Later, I joined NK Radomlje during a critical moment in the club’s history—a 15-match win less streak, the longest ever recorded. With the team in crisis, I implemented strategic changes, rebuilt morale, and fostered mental resilience. The result? A dramatic turnaround that secured league survival and restored belief throughout the squad.
