With over 30 years of experience in playing, coaching, and management, I have developed a football philosophy that ensures continuous progression at all levels of the game. My profile includes experience within the game at every level, from Academy to first team, and from grassroots to elite football. “First human, then sportsman” is my personal belief when dealing with all kinds of situations. This philosophy looks for harmony between personal development and team integration, representing an individual who thrives because of team connection, not despite it. I am goal-driven and oriented towards setting ambitious standards in a team.
